Cavan Education Centre

University Australia introduces Cavan Education Centre in Cavan, for all your education and learning needs.

Youth Education Centre (YEC) is a Department of Education and Child Development (DECD) school.

It consists of three campuses, Cavan, Magill and Outreach.

The Cavan and Magill campuses exist within the Youth Training Centres run by Families SA to furnish a secure care environment for young offenders. They provide educational programs for young people on remand or who are serving detention orders.

Outreach exists separately from the secure care system and provides educational and vocational programs at a range of sites throughout the metropolitan area. While based at the Flexicentre, Magill, it includes Wiltanendi Paiendi North at Elizabeth and Wiltanendi Paiendi West at Angle Park as well as Mobile Training Facilities which service a number of metropolitan and country areas.
